Hmm Flare!!!
The most hated skill in the whole game from every stealth-user around the globe. One of the reason Hunters are like red flag to the Rogues. And also the reasons for the rivers of tears. But let's find why this skill is the reason for all this.
What does flare do?
The Flare effect is to unstealth players which happens to run into the AoE of the flare.
But the main reason is that the flare effect is instant. What that means is that from the moment the Flare is casted the effect is working in that area long before the visual of the flare projectile hits the ground. The visual of the flare might take a while to reach it's destination but the effect is there. This is confusing for stealthers cause most of the times they do not know exactly where the flare is going to land to avoid that area.
And the second reason is the AoE of the visual. When the flare hits the ground a small area around the flare is lighted brighter. That area is only 10 yards in diameter. But the flare has 10 yard radius. That means that 10 more yards in total which are not marked as "Flared".
